Mawande Mateza is a laughter loving, sports obsessed, soft-serve-ice-cream-devouring dreamer, Forrest Gump fanatic and amateur photographer. He is a curious and slightly outrageous soul who  listens to Coldplay a whole lot. He is a sports reporter/anchor at KovsieFM 97.0; on air weekdays 6-9am and on Wednesday nights from 6 to 7pm (stream here 👉: live.ufs.ac.za/kovsiefm). He writes mostly about sports.
